Zero Third-Party Data Monetization Policy
Novvi Tech maintains a strict zero-monetization policy. We never sell, lease, rent, trade, or share your live queue records, patient/client phone numbers, clinical logs, or financial summaries with third-party advertisers, data brokers, or marketing networks.
Information We Collect
To provide real-time token synchronization, multi-desk load balancing, and digital slip generation, OpdeQ collects and processes the following information:
- Subscriber Account Info: Business/clinic trade name, physical commercial address, contact phone number, email address, industry classification, tax/registration numbers (GSTIN/VAT), uploaded logo branding, and authorized digital signature assets.
- Live Queue Records: Customer/patient name, mobile number, age/gender (where applicable), queue token status, counter/room assignments, and service/consultation fee records.
- Document & Prescription Records: Clinical summaries, diagnostic notes, prescribed medicines (Rx), test slips, and job cards generated in PRO+ and ADVANCED+ tiers.
- Hardware & Telemetry Data: Hardware device IDs, platform type (Desktop Web, Android, iOS, Android TV), and network connection timestamps strictly for cryptographic license enforcement (Ed25519) and real-time synchronization integrity.
Data Storage, Sovereignty & Localization Placements
In strict alignment with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, all data belonging to Indian businesses, clinics, and their patients/clients is stored exclusively within Indian territory on dedicated database infrastructure located in Mumbai, India. Operational data is never transferred outside national boundaries.
For international subscribers (including GCC regions and Southeast Asia), data is routed via Cloudflare global edge security and hosted in enterprise-grade ISO 27001 certified cloud environments, honoring regional data privacy laws such as UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45/2021.
Cryptographic Security & Access Isolation
All network transmissions are protected using high-grade TLS 1.3 encryption. At-rest database storage utilizes AES-256 encryption. Multi-tenant database isolation ensures that every business's queue records, financial summaries, and clinical documents are strictly compartmentalized and inaccessible to other subscribers.
Role-Based Permissions & Payment Security
OpdeQ incorporates granular role-based permissions (Administrator, Provider/Specialist, Assistant/Receptionist), enabling business owners to restrict staff access to sensitive financial or document modules.
Online subscription checkouts are processed exclusively through PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor Razorpay (supporting domestic UPI, Netbanking, Debit/Credit cards, and international multi-currency card payments). No card numbers, CVVs, or UPI PINs are ever stored on our servers.
Device Permissions (Mobile & Smart TV Apps)
To deliver its core capabilities, the OpdeQ native mobile and Smart TV apps may request specific device permissions:
- Camera & Media: Used solely for scanning QR codes on standees/slips or capturing document attachments.
- Microphone & Audio: Used solely for multilingual voice token announcements on waiting room displays.
- Local Storage & Files: Used to store local cryptographic license keys (Ed25519) and save generated PDFs, Rx prescriptions, and daily collection reports locally.
Children's Privacy
OpdeQ is an enterprise commercial application intended for professional, clinical, and organizational use. The service is not directed toward children under 13, and Novvi Tech does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
