Welcome to Novvitech ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our website, custom software solutions, applications (including OpdeQ), or IT consulting services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Scope of Services

Novvitech provides proprietary software applications (SaaS), custom software development, mobile app construction, web design, and IT consultation services. Specific client agreements or statements of work (SOW) signed separately will govern custom engineering projects.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All proprietary platforms, code base, designs, graphics, branding, software algorithms, and content developed by Novvitech are the exclusive intellectual property of Novvitech, unless explicitly transferred to a client in writing via a contract.
  • You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or decompile any software or services provided by Novvitech without our prior written consent.

3. Account Safety

If you register an account on our website or within our software products:

  • You are responsible for protecting your credentials (including SMS OTP verification tokens).
  • You agree to notify us immediately at support@novvitech.com of any unauthorized use or security breaches.

4. Limitation of Liability

  • Novvitech provides software and services "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that our software will be uninterrupted or completely error-free.
  • In no event shall Novvitech be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business operations, arising out of the use of our services.

2. Privacy Policy

Novvitech values your privacy. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, store, and process personal and client information across our corporate site (novvitech.com) and associated products.

1. Information We Collect

  • Contact & Billing Details: Name, business email, phone number, physical address, and corporate registration numbers.
  • Service Requirements: Inquiries, technical specifications, and project scope details submitted via contact forms.
  • Usage Diagnostics: Log data, IP address, device specs, browser types, and cookie preferences when navigating our website.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • To deliver and maintain custom software products and SaaS licenses.
  • To manage customer billing, verify transaction signatures, and process renewals.
  • To communicate updates, security alerts, and technical support details.
  • To analyze website traffic and optimize navigation performance.

3. Data Protection & Sharing

  • We host our applications on secure cloud infrastructures (like Google Cloud Platform and Firebase).
  • We do not sell or lease customer contact info or operational project details to third-party advertisers.
  • We only share data with payment gateways (Razorpay/Cashfree) or database processors necessary to complete billing transactions.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Novvitech, we offer distinct refund policies depending on whether you are purchasing a ready-to-use software product (SaaS) or contracting custom development services.

1. SaaS Products (e.g., OpdeQ Subscription Licenses)

  • Trial Period: We offer a 15-day free trial of our standard SaaS products to allow users to fully test, review, and evaluate the tools.
  • All Sales Final: Because a 15-day trial is provided to inspect usability before buying, we do not issue refunds once a paid product license (PRO or CLINIC plan) is generated and activated.

2. Custom Software Development & IT Consulting Services

  • Contract-Based Cancellation: Custom development projects are structured in phases with milestones detailed in separate Project Service Agreements.
  • Milestone Payments: Payments made for completed and approved project milestones are non-refundable.
  • Project Termination: If you choose to cancel a custom development contract mid-project, cancellation terms (such as notice periods, payment due for work in progress, and milestone sign-offs) will follow the termination clauses written specifically in your signed contract.
  • Dispute Resolution: For disputes regarding service quality, please contact your designated project manager or email accounts@novvitech.com to review milestone revisions.
