Your privacy is our absolute priority. Commodity Audit Pro is a strictly offline-first application designed to keep your audit data and photographs stored solely on your device.

All data processed by the application is stored locally on your device. We prioritize your data privacy and security above all else.
Information Collection and Use
Commodity Audit Pro is designed as a strictly offline-first application.
The application DOES NOT transmit any of your personal data, audit data, master stock data, or photographs to any external servers, cloud databases, or third-party analytics services.
Device Permissions
To function properly, Commodity Audit Pro requires access to specific device features. These are used strictly on-device:
2.1 Camera
The app requires access to your device's camera to capture photographic evidence during the physical verification (audit) process. These photos are embedded locally into your final audit reports.
2.2 Storage (Files and Media)
The app requires access to your device's file system to import Master Stock lists (`.xlsx` files) and to generate, save, and export the final audit reports (PDF, Word, Excel).
2.3 Location (Optional)
If geo-tagging features are utilized during the audit, your device's GPS coordinates are appended directly to your local report. We do not track or transmit your location.
Data Retention and Deletion
Since all data is stored locally on the device's internal SQLite database and file system, you maintain total control over your data.
Uninstalling the application or clearing the application data through your device settings will permanently delete all stored audit records, licenses, and photographs.
We do not maintain backups of your local data. It is your responsibility to share or export your final audit reports.
Third-Party Services
Commodity Audit Pro uses native device sharing capabilities (e.g., Android Share Sheet, WhatsApp, Email clients) allowing you to explicitly choose to share your generated reports. The privacy policies of those third-party communication applications govern the transmission of those files once they leave our app.
We do not integrate with third-party tracking, advertising, or crash-reporting SDKs that harvest user data.
Security
We value your trust in providing us your organizational data, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. The app utilizes secure, encrypted on-device storage (SecureStore) for handling enterprise license keys and trial data. However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
